Things to Do
This short 1.5-mile loop trail in Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park offers lush forests, vibrant springs, a 350-year-old cypress, and wildlife sightings. Dogs are welcome on leash—just not in the water. Arrive early; parking is limited and there is a park entry fee.
Head to The Farm Stand for some of the freshest produce in North Florida, and stick around for activities for the whole family, including seasonal U-Pick— strawberries and flowers in spring and summer, and pumpkins in the fall. The tacos and homemade ice cream at the restaurant are not to be missed.
Try some local brews at the family-owned and -operated purveyor of hand-crafted beverages.
Good Neighbors
Surrounded by expansive woodlands, each location is thoughtfully designed with dozens of individual cabins. While you’ll be immersed in nature, you’ll also be near your neighbors—so please keep your music and voices down so everyone can enjoy the peace and quiet.
